The New Mexico Arts and Crafts Fair is the longest continuously running arts festival in New Mexico and has been a "must-see" summer event since 1962. Featuring exclusively New Mexico artisans, this prestigious, juried arts fair showcases over 220 of New Mexico's most talented artists and craftspeople, many of whom enjoy national and international reputations. The fair ranks among the largest events in the state, offering artists the opportunity to display and sell their work directly to the public.
Representing Mountainair, local artists Addie Draper, Deb Vetterman and Celeste Simon, are among the 200+ NM artists exhibiting at the Fair. All three are also MMAC members. Their work is on view locally at Cibola Arts.
